Deep Meditation' is an album that is a musical accompaniment for meditation and relaxation, understood in a slightly different way than usual. Unlike the majority of recordings where all music is kept in a homogeneous mood, on this CD there is a kind of surprise. It starts with a very calm and calm track, good to listen to at bedtime. In the second track, an African drum "djembe" appears, introducing an ever-growing rhythm that can be an accompaniment to short dynamic meditation in dance. It is a good way to get out of sleep and to wake up energy. In the third song, we hear calm, gentle music, which calms down, slows down, falls silent we hear very calm, soothing and gentle sounds, that are supposed to tune us so that we can experience the day in the best possible weather and inner harmony. Music on this album makes deep meditation or relaxation leading to a revival, an eruption of energy, and finally to calm down and relax. This CD was recorded by Lucjan Wesolowski (Lucyan) - a composer, multi-instrumentalist, meditation practitioner who spent more than a year in yoga centers and Buddhist centers in India, Italy, Germany and Poland.
