"Nominated for a Latin Grammy in 2017; Diego Guerrero (Huelva) is an atypical creator capable of addressing different genres in a committed and honest way. In the essence of his language we find a deeply rooted flamenco residue in his Andalusian land. During childhood and adolescence; together with Niño Miguel; he learned that an orchestra could well be hidden inside a guitar. In 2004, he merged his experience in the world of flamenco with his musical knowledge to arrange and conduct impelling; by the hand of maestro Rubem Dantas (introducer of the cajón in flamenco with the septet of Paco de Lucía); the first Flamenco Big Band; in which the best musicians of the national and international scene applied themselves to make the arrangements of a very young Diego Guerrero sound."
