« Jérémy Jouve & Friends », recorded at the mythical Château d’Hérouville, is the fruit of the strong friendship that binds Jérémy Jouve to the composer Mathias Duplessy and their rich collaboration which has never ceased since the release of the album « Cavalcade » (Selection FIP 2015) dedicated to his creations for guitar only.

For this latest album, Jérémy Jouve wanted to write a new page of this collaboration, surrounding himself with the best and bringing parallel universes together. That of Mathias Duplessy, spontaneous and influenced by world music and that of his friends and fabulous partners of the international classical scene including, among others, François Salque, Pierre Fouchenneret, Julien Martineau and Thibaut Garcia. Seduced by the adventure, the composer lent himself to the exercise over several years thus culminating in a wealth of new works which can now be added to the repertoire for the classical guitar. The result is a bold, creative and galvanizing album!
