Conceived as a soundscape shaped by the four elements—earth, water, fire, and air—and carried by the luminous voice of Manu Le Prince, Terra Canta weaves a delicate and evocative thread between jazz and Brazilian poetic song. In this album, the great singer pays tribute to the celebrated composers of her beloved Brazil, from Dori Caymmi to Milton Nascimento, from Hermeto Pascoal to Marcos Valle, performing alongside their musicians. She broadens her repertoire to include songs by Michel Jonasz and American jazz standards, which enter into dialogue with original works with Arnaud Dolmen, David Linx, Giovanni Mirabassi, and Jorge Continentino.
