      Georg Edlinger Percussionist, Drummer und Instructor präsentiert mit seiner Solo CD „Percussion Beyond the Timelines“ verschiedene traditionelle und eigene Percussionstücke. Die Grundlage für die Stücke geben verschiedene rhythmische Clavelinien, auch Timelines genannt. Bei manchen Stücken kann man auch mit seinen Percussioninstrumenten mitspielen. Manchmal werden auch elektronische Mittel mit gängigen Percussioninstrumenten und Alltagsgegenständen vermischt und darüber improvisiert. Als Gäste lud er sich aus einer Griotfamilie stammende Berufsmusiker aus Senegal Mame Birane Mboup und Ibou Nga Ba ein, die bei manchen Stücken zu hören sind. -- Georg Edlinger percussionist, drummer and instructor presents with his Solo CD „Percussion Beyond The Timelines“ different traditional an own percussion pieces. The basic for the pieces are different rhythmic Clavelines also called Timelines. Some of them you can accompany with your drums or percussion instruments. Sometimes electronic devices are mixed with common percussion instruments and everyday objects.
