Fol Musica’s team welcomes La Banda Morisca, the newest member of our artist roster, an extraordinary band with Flamenco-Andalusian roots. Their music is influenced by the numerous cultures that have colonized this land of musicians, poets and pioneers.

LA BANDA MORISCA seamlessly blends the identities and musicianship of all the band members. Coming from bands like the now defunct Radio Tarifa or La Jambre, their extensive musical careers are the foundation of this project. JoseMari Cala, JuanMi Cabral, José Cabral,  Antonio Torres y Andrés T. Rodríguez, have achieved the perfect symbiosis between their individual and collective experience, joining together their excitement and will to innovate, create and investigate the world of folk and roots music. Based in the Cadiz province with a strong international outlook, LA BANDA MORISCA presents their sophomore effort, “ALGARABIA”, which will be released on March 11th 2016 and will surely enchant us with their Andalusian “embrujo”.
